Child’s Pose


In this type of Partner Yoga pose you need to bring your base of your sacrum to Partner A’s base of the sacrum. Now the next thing that you need to do is to lift your hips up and then try to lie back on the spine of your partner. Now Partner B need to try in bringing their neck slightly to the side. While doing so you need to ensure that you do not put too much pressure on the neck of your partner. This pose has got lots of benefits that includes warming up your muscular as well as skeletal system.


Sukhasana


This is another Partner Yoga Pose where it involves in bringing your back behind your hips. Here Partner B tries to sit a little less than his or her leg length behind the partner. Here he presses his feet into the back of his or her partner. Partner B try to grasp the wrist of Partner A and then go for pulling back behind them. This pose helps in reducing the stress from the body.


Savasana


In this type of Partner Yoga Pose Partner B gives support to the knee of Partner A and then tries to bend the right or the left knee of Partner A taking the shape of a tree pose. This should be done very carefully ensuring that you do not try to hurt your partner while performing this yoga pose.


There are also other Partner Yoga Poses where Partner A try to lie on the back making it an angle of ninety degrees. Here Partner B needs to stand with his or her feet close to the hips of Partner A. The next thing that needs to do is to interlace each others fingers. It should be kept in mind to keep your feet flexed while performing this yoga pose.
