This pose is also known as reclined rectangle pose where you need to draw your feet soles together and then try to make your knees fall out. You should then try to position a bolster ensuring that the tip of your spine gets to line up with the end of the bolster. Then the next thing you need to do is to go for lying back over the bolster and then try to rest your hands and try to bring your face up and also by your sides. If you find it uncomfortable then you can places a cushion under your head.
