Seated Spinal Twist
Here you need to sit on your chair and then try to cross your left leg over your right leg. You should make sure that you keep your back straight and the turn your body to your left slowly and look over your shoulder. You need to do this exercises again in the other way and repeat.
Seated Forward Bend
You have to sit on a chair and then place your feet firmly on the floor. Now you need to breathe in and breathe out. Now the next thing for you to do is to bend your upper body very slowly and it should be done like a rag roll.
Seated Cobra/Backward Bend
You need to sit comfortably on the edge of your chair. Now you need to rest your palms on your thighs. Now you need to gently lift your chest and then breathe deeply. After you are done with this you need to slowly try to return your body to the centre.
You need to sit tall and straight and then try to rest your hands on your lap. Now you need to breathe in and then breathe out very slowly. You have to lower your right ear to your right shoulder. Now you need to ease into the stretch and then try to return your head to the centre. Now you need to repeat this on the other side.
Here you need to pretend yourself that you are chewing a large piece of chewing gum. You should try to chew it very slowly and then close your eyes. Now you have to massage your forehead, cheeks, heads as well as temples with your finger.
